Q-How long do orders take to process and ship out?
A-Each and every order is custom-printed and require 4 - 10 business days to finish. Most orders are dispatched within 7 business days or less. Shipping time is added on top of this. Shipping time is typically 3-4 business days
Q-What payments does your Company accept?
A-We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard,Amex and Discover and Paypal. cards can be used through the Paypal guest checkout. You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us.
Q-Do you offer expediting shipping
A-At this moment, we do not offer expedited shipping. Once fulfilled, US Domestic orders take 2 to 4 business days to be delivered.
Q-My package was marked delivered but I can't locate it. What should I do.
A-The best course of action is to report and file the package as missing. Sports Street Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sports Street Wear will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Q-Can I make changes to my order?
A-Yes, however because we are a print on demand company your order may start the printing process almost immediately after you place your order. We will accept changes up to 3hrs, after purchase is final. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after the 3 hr mark from when your order is placed.
Q-Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A-Yes, we ship worldwide! However, you may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Q-My package was returned due to insufficient address. May I have it reshipped.
A-Yes, if the address needs to be updated for any reason there is a $7 reshipping fee.
Q-How can I return an item?
A-Due to every product being fulfilled as it's ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is defective/Bad quality or you received the wrong item, please email us at Customerservice@sportsstreetwear.com with your order number and billing address.
Q-Why haven't I receive all my items?
A-Our items are often shipped from different manufactures. Please pay close attention to ship dates and email us at email@example.com if your fulfillment time has passed.

Q-Im interested in Wholesale who should I contact?
A-Email us at Customerservice@sportsstreetwear.com. Send us the images of the items you are interested in wholesaling with the sizes and quantity. Please also include the name of your business and website. We are only selling to stores currently. Website may be considered down the line.
